Corporate partners are companies that contribute an annual fee and receive a designated number (determined by their level of support) of memberships for their employees. The commitment and contributions of NEW’s 120 corporate partners showcases the support for an innovative workplace transformation.
With the support of corporate partners, NEW offers leadership development programs, insights and tools, and advocacy to drive gender equality in the workplace. Partner company leaders serve on our board of directors, speak at our conferences, encourage engagement and model the change we need. More than 10,700 NEW members — 87% of our total membership — are Corporate Partner members.
Partners choose the level or support that is right for them, including corporate partnerships at the Foundation, Title, Platinum and Gold levels; special sponsorships at the NEW Leadership Summit and NEW Executive Forum; and sponsorship at events hosted by our 22 regions.
Are you an employee of a NEW Corporate Partner?
If your employer is a NEW Corporate Partner, contact your NEW Ambassador who is an appointed liaison between NEW and your organization, and can inform you of membership availability.
NEW’s Corporate Partner directors work with clients to understand where they are on the diversity and inclusion continuum and craft an engagement plan that matches their talent development needs with NEW programming. We develop company-specific scorecards to help our partners understand how NEW engages with the company and its individual members. Learn more about benefits and rates.
