Ambassador Teams

Depending on the number of NEW Corporate Memberships your company has (and in turn, how big your company is), we have laid out a few options on how to divide the work of an Ambassador and how to provide more support for larger numbers of members. Below you can find the framework options that we suggest – feel free to think outside the box! You have free range to create a team that you think will be as successful as possible.

Executive Champion The Executive Champion is responsible for developing and/or approving the strategic plan to engage members. They may also work with the Ambassador to approve and establish scorecard metrics that measure partnership success. They would be an employee of influence there to support NEW Ambassadors within the company. They are also require to attend the yearly joint-business meeting for your company.
